Contract NATO position
Our client is NATO, an intergovernmental defence and security alliance composed of 32 member nations, committed to safeguarding the freedom and security of its members through political and military cooperation. This position is a NATO contract role within a highly secure, international, and multicultural institutional environment.
The position carries significant strategic responsibility and impact, encompassing the development and implementation of organisational strategy, the definition of policies and standards, and the oversight of processes that align strategic objectives with operational execution. Key duties also include providing specialist advice in areas of expertise, facilitating collaborative workgroups, managing resources effectively, engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels, and contributing to organisational financial risk management through the evaluation and improvement of risk assessment practices.
Profile requirements:
• NATO SECRET security clearance
• Master’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of post-related experience, or alternatively a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of post-related experience
• At least 4 years of experience in product management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing projects or services
• Minimum 2 years of line-management responsibilities overseeing product, project, or service managers
• Solid experience engaging with stakeholders in large and complex organisations
• Certification as Product Manager/Product Owner
• Training in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, DaD)
• Experience in sourcing and vendor management
• Strong ability to deliver informed, specialist advice and operate within multidisciplinary teams
