Our Client is a family owned property management company, which is going to recruit an Office Manager for Lisbon 

Function dedicated to ensuring all the administrative support to the team, as well as the connection between the different external interlocutors inherent to the company's activity, ensuring the handling of matters and the involvement of other stakeholders.

 

Profile that requires consolidated experience in secretarial functions and administrative assistance, being valued secretarial training, good knowledge of Portuguese and English, as well as MS Office, requiring a driving license.

A very attractive opportunity for professionals who are already available and wish to transition to a less intense phase of activity, in a very interesting hybrid regime for greater availability for extra-professional activities.
