Our Client is a multinational in Telecommunications area , which in the scope of the development of its activity in Portugal, will hire an Transmission Operations Engineer para Lisboa (m/f)

Function with responsibilities in ensuring the daily O&M tasks associated with cable stations and other POPs, including installation and testing of new network equipment, diagnosis and troubleshooting, provisioning of new circuits, carrying out daily routines to monitor the health of the network and equipment, carrying out repairs and maintenance, as well as improving the service for better customer satisfaction.

 

 

The Profile requires relevant experience and knowledge of telecommunications products and services, namely:

 

-SDH/PDH

 

-WDM/DWDM

 

-MPLS

 

-IP and Ethernet

 

-Experience in subsea - cable maintenance infrastructure is valued

 

-PFE

 

-SLTE

 

Knowledge or experience in infrastructure and building maintenance (Generators, UPS, DC and Batteries, HVAC, Fire Safety Systems, DCIM, VISIO or AutoCAD).
